Directions

2–3× per week — apply MD® Scalp Essential to the scalp, massage in, leave on. No rinse. Daily is fine for oily scalps.

Every night — apply MD® Follicle Energizer to a clean, dry or towel-dried scalp along the hairline, crown, and part line. Massage in and leave on.

Every day — take one MD Nutri Hair™ capsule with food.

Run all three together rather than one at a time: the kit is built to work on the scalp environment, the follicle, and internal nourishment at once.

A note on quantities. The 28 ml Follicle Energizer runs about eight weeks with nightly use, while the Nutri Hair bottle is 30 capsules — about one month.
